Shipping Policy

Delivery will usually take about 3 to 5 working days. In case of any faults, issues, defects or damages, please feel free to reach out to our customer care representative. Please provide information about such issues during the call, including your order number, product details, etc, if needed. We currently ship to the Sydney Metro areas. If your area postcode is not accepted, please email info@coochick.com.au and we will get a delivery quote for you.

Delivery Communication

You will receive a reminder message / email from us on the day before we head out for delivery. If you provided us with a mobile number, we will also send you a text message prior to arriving at your address. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery at specific times.

Delivery Policy

Please note: We send our orders with frozen couriers with 'Authority to leave' at the nominated delivery address. If no one is there to take delivery. CooChick Australia will not be liable for damaged or stolen goods.
